Returns & Refunds policy
Aloeveraworld, we take great pride in the quality of our aloe-based beauty and cosmetic products. Since our products are for personal care, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure the safety of all our customers.
1. Returns & Exchanges
Due to the nature of cosmetic and personal care products, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, unless the product is:
Damaged during transit.
Defective or expired.
Incorrectly shipped (the wrong item was sent).
2. Reporting an Issue
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please follow these steps:
Take clear photos and a short video of the damaged or incorrect product, including the outer packaging and the invoice.

The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
3. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
Products that have been opened, used, or have broken safety seals.
Products purchased during a clearance sale or special promotion.
Items where the damage was caused by the customer’s handling.
4. Refunds (if applicable)
Once your request is inspected and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
Prepaid Orders: The refund will be credited back to your bank account/card within 7–10 business days.
COD Orders: We will request your bank details or UPI ID to process the refund.
5. Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it has been shipped, whichever is earlier. Once the order is handed over to our courier partner, it cannot be cancelled. To cancel, please contact us immediately at our customer care number.
6. Shipping Costs
If you are returning a product due to our error (wrong or damaged item), Aloeveraworld will bear the cost of the return shipping. In any other approved case, the customer may be responsible for shipping the item back to our facility in Kota-Bundi, Rajasthan.
